The opportunity to design this patisserie was given to me, and i took it with both hands. It is a special place in an historical building in the heart of Jerusalem. This enabled me to utilise my design guide lines on authentic elements and combine them with classical French aesthetics. The final design preserved the fine balance
between old and new.
